Obamacare has a history of success in Massachusetts

Yes, the State model for Obamacare has been working in MA for the past 7 years according to its Governor. Virtually every resident has coverage. Most have primary care coverage which cuts the cost of emergency room costs. Preventive care also reduces costs. The program has added only about 1% to their budget. Due to market-based competition insurance premiums are down. It's working and working well  in MA and Obamacare has many of the very same features. We can already see the future of Obamacare in the past of MA healthcare. And the future is now.
