Aetna raises minimum wage to $16 per hour

See this story. Aetna's CEO says that by so doing it will economically work out in the long run due to reduced turnover and increased productivity. But more importantly, it's morally the right thing to do, providing a living wage so that minimum wage workers don't have to incur societal costs with food stamps, etc. You see, we the people, when we get active and participate, can initiate change for the better.
