Functional democracy

In Dawlabani's Integral World article on memenomics he is discussing 2nd tier functional capitalism. He sees Senator Warren as an example of a yellow-level government representative and adds:

"The next system of governance sees right through the incompetence of the current political system and its complicity with lobbyists and corporate interest."

I'd add Senator Sanders to that category.

In terms of a yellow financial system:

"The MEMEnomics framework also examines the nature of central banking and the functional reforms needed in order to restore the Fed's role as the facilitator of distributed prosperity. It introduces new design elements in order to create Yellow seventh-level capital markets and details how to steer investment banking away from non-productive pursuits that remain the main cause behind every financial crisis."

Again Sanders and Warren are spearheading this movement.

The article though does promote Whole Foods and conscious capitalism as yellow business. We've explored that quite a bit in this thread and how they fall far short of the other things he discusses.
