Palast: It's not a recount when

you don't count the votes in the first place. Grep Palast has done in-depth investigative reporting on the Interstate Cross-Check program that cut thousands from the voter rolls, mostly minorities that vote Democratic. In this clip he just returned from the recount in Michigan where there were 75,355 votes for President in Michigan that were not even counted, mostly in Detroit and Flint in you guessed it, Democratic districts.  And the MI Attorney General said that the recount could not look at those ballots. Another 50,000 were purged from voting due to cross-check. Then a MI court stopped the recount altogether because Jill Stein did not have standing, meaning the outcome would not affect her chance of winning. Twamp was right; the system is indeed rigged.
