Reich is right, as usual, on Electors' duties

See his FB post here. There is a petition by a few Electors to see the details of the CIA report on Russia hacking our electoral process to favor Trump. This should be done because one of the Electoral College's founding principles was to prevent this sort of foreign takeover of our government. Reich makes the case that Twamp has business ties to the Russian government so therefore the Electors should also see his tax returns. A former Twamp campaign aid was proven to have such direct ties. Twamp's likely Secretary of State appointment also has such ties. These are serious issues that the Electoral College must take into considering if they are to be true to their Constitutional task.
